You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload malicious content, or use Velaa in violation of law or third-party rights.
3. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit to Velaa. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the services.
4. Intellectual Property
Velaa and its related content, branding, software, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Fees and Payments
Paid services are billed according to your plan or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and may be subject to taxes.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Warranties Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Velaa and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velaa from claims and liabilities arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, or breach-related reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction defined in your customer agreement or, if none, in the jurisdiction where Velaa is established.
